Place to stay in Niagara Falls?

I'm from Montreal and will stay in Niagara for the whole month of October and November to play poker at the 3 casinos there.

Do you guys know any places in Niagara Falls, most probably a hotel, that I can rent for a month? I can't spend more than 1K a month.

I appreciate your opinion on this matter.

    hmm.....Travelodge by the Falls is pretty decent, usually stay there or at Courtyard Marriott.

    If you're going to be staying there for 2 months, I would suggest you to rent a room/apartment around there as I'm sure staying at a hotel for 2 months will be quite expensive not to mention you won't be able to cook.

    might be better to supply a hooker with her crack for a month and flop at her place. ;)

    Any of the nice hotels will probably be crazy expensive... for $1k you can probably rent a house somewhere close by. Try looking on sites like craigslist.

    Stanley Motor Inn will probably give you $200 / week. It's about a block away from the casino. If you want I could arrange it for sure, but they'd probably give you that rate if you walked in the door (in Oct.).

    I forget if that was the same motel, but there one that had a special cash rate for poker players. A friend and I stayed for the entire week of last year's WPT NAPC for only $18/night!
