nh randomness

This is a phenomena I've seen around titan poker in smalla stakes tournaments. People have no idea what they're doing basically. Don't have to hand history but I'll post a short summary from the bubble of a 2 dollar SnG on the bubble.

Villain minraises from the button
Hero shoves :jh :jd 14 BB's from the SB
Villain calls from the button with :as :5c

board runns :5h :8d :kd :5s :10h and I cry a little as I'm eliminated. Standard beat right? now two players chat "nh" and congratulate the guy for making a bad call and sucking out. I don't really mind the beat itself, but the comments afterwards always makes me want to get in the chat and give them 10 reasons to why it was not a nice hand ^^'

bottom line is that donkeys shouldn't be allowed to judge the niceness of hands I guess and yet they always seem to drop these comments in the strangest of spots. Wonder what people are thinking

  • Please don't tap on the aquarium glass.
  • I always thought NH meant "moronic call" in these examples....

Isn't there different ways to use the term nice hand....

ex. You make a royal flush - NH
ex. You suck out, bad beat - NH (donkey)
  • I always thought NH meant "moronic call"

That's what it means when I type it :)
  • ex. You suck out, bad beat - NH (donkey)

I thought this was where "nh,sir" came into play.
  • I type nh when people suck out on others so that, assuming they're stupid, they will try chasing their runner runner straight or call me down with 10 high thinking it's good. Tends to work. Sucks when they hit though...
