I filled out a cpt form in edmonton but for some reason i'm not on the all time money winners list. pls tell me i don't have to fax in the form or what ever.
WE have heard from several people that they filled in a form, but it did not get to us. We have, I think, fixed this in events since Edmonton, but it probably would be best if you would fax us a form with an explanatory note. Sorry.
