16k GTD trouble spot with AQo

Villain has been very tight. MY problem here is that I feel like with my stack size (<20bbs) it's incorrect to flat call here, so is this only a fold or shove?

    What are the blinds? I would think easy fold. Definitely not a flat call.

    Based on villain read, +1 on the fold.

    With no reads I flip a coin, and hope I dont have to shove.

    Yeah stack sizes are nasty here...its definitely a fold or shove....I lean towards folding if I think I can grab chips back in position, its a shove if I want to gamble.

    More times than not you are running into JJ+ as AK,AQ usually shoves in that spot based on stack sizes...
