click2pay

anyone else use this payment processor?

i can't get a response from them going on 3 days about my account, could not log on my account and it is now locked and i have a withdrawal from aced that is suppose to be there.

May have to talk to Graham and see if his connection can help me out by reversing the transaction and getting my withdrawal by check i guess if i don't get a reply from them in the next day or so.

They are located in Germany i think and there phone number does not work here.

  • I've called them several times. No prob reaching someone.
  • how much did that cost ya?

tried but number won't work for me which is ok cause i don't plan on calling international so you get the big bill.

Also i can try depositing on stars next week if nothing comes about and see if the money gets taken off my account or all of it off my card.
  • I've only used them for gaming subscriptions -- deposits but no withdrawals. No problems in that respect.
  • ok so thankfully they are on skype and was able to talk to someone, i am still a lil freaked as their website is not working now, but was told in a couple of hours it should be good, cause my stars idea did not work as they could not access my click2pay account, so hopefully it all gets sorted today as aced are just like not our problem which sadly is the answer eveyone gives nowadays.

if they want canadian players how about getting instadebit!
  • I used C2P almost exclusively for about a year after Neteller pulled out of Canada. Having the account balance in CDN$ was fine since they charged me the actual exchange rate (rather than -2.5% like most banks and money processors).

But when I went to cash out a cheque from them, it came from a German bank in Euros, which I then had to cash at my bank, costing me 2.5% anyways. I emailed them about it, and they said ALL their payments are processed from that bank in Euros, no exceptions :(

I use moneybookers now, which keeps your account in US$, no fees, and very cheap bank wire cashouts. I think it's $4 or so.
