New Rule at WSOP?
I was just reading Lee Watkinson's blog about a new rule at the WSOP this year that is allowing players who have not started play in their scheduled event by the second level, to a full return of their funds if they desire.
His blog can be found here:

He makes a couple of points. Not sure if I think this is a good rule or not as it does allow players to rail their table prior to deciding to play or not. Just think if you do sign up, especially at an event such as this, you should be committed to play regardless and no refund.

By the way, if I end up playing my seat but see SirWatts and other tournament champions sitting in the same table as mine, I will run away like a little girl :-[ and ask for a different day.
I guess you guys are all going to want to play on the first day, scope out the table a and then register for the second day if it looks too tough...
