    Its kind of a catch 22 with this book. If you are not bankrolled to buy this book...this book probably wont help your game anyways as its geared more towards the high stakes player. If your roll is big enough to afford this book...your probably doing well enough on your own without the book.

    Well not necessarily CTS private coaching but another decent MSNL coach...

    0 = XP + (1-X) (-LV + WH) ???
