Favorite Site?

What is everyones favorite poker site to play on, for real money of course?

I personally like Ultimatebet, and Party Poker.

Ultimatebet requires more skill and creativity than Party Poker, but Party Poker you can sit back and be a rock.. wait for hands... and people mostly always pay you off when you have the hand.

Looking forward too responses...

  • I used to be a Royal Vegas Poker regular, but I'm going to convert to PokerStars soon. :)
  • Pacific for amount of money to be made.
I would say I like the software at Paradise the most, and they have a nice variety of NL tables.
I think Absolute is alright too, and they offer the most rebuy bonuses of anyone. They've got a deal almost every weekend. :D
  • For me, nobody beats PokerRoom's software and it is where I do most of my playing (simply because their software is leagues above everyone elses). I find everyone elses software to be an eyesore and cludgy. Pokerroom is very easy on the eyes. All games are well organized and easy to find.

And the killer feature for me, I usually play sitting on the couch with a laptop. Pokerroom uses F1, F2, F3, etc keys for actions so I don't need to use a mouse!

However, with the number of hours I've logged at Pokerroom and its smaller sizes, I find I'm running into the same people way too much and it makes me uncomfortable for some reason. As a result, I've been on party/stars a little more (which, of the two, I prefer stars).
  • Stars for me. Where else can you try multiple times a day (for 3 bucks) to buy into a 350,000 guaranteed tourney? I've been into this for two weeks now and won a seat both times.
  • I used to play almost exclusivley at Paradise, just because that is where I started and therefore was most comfortable. Lately I have been trying to serach around and play other places a bit more. I have had very good success at Pacific, but worry it is giving me false confidence. I keep trying to get use to Poker Stars but I find the graphics very hard to get used to, I find them distracting.
  • I prefer the interface at Stars but have recently opened an account at Party. I have to say I actually like Party because of the tight integration with Pokertracker. I also like that it saves the hand histories locally. I don't like requesting them by email, I like having them saved as I play and updating pokertracker in real time. I've only been playing low limit.
As an interesting experiment though I launched a 30/60 table and was able to track the players that played that table for a few hours. I know the sample size is too small to tell me anything but if you did this for 4 tables and let it run for a couple of weeks you should have pretty good read on many players you come up against.
