Hey Guys,

I got the following email from CBC and thought someone may be interested...

On Monday May 25th, Daniel Negreanu is on the show and I have a
block of free tickets that I want to distribute to people in the poker
community.

Tickets to the show are free and we tape from 4:30-5:30PM at the CBC
Broadcast Centre in downtown Toronto. All people have to do to get
tickets is fill out the request form at The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos - Content Page

    Make sure you talk to the PA. When the wife and I where there last year, we chatted with the PA for awhile, and when it was time to get our seats he gave us the front row! Pretty sweet!

    LOL congrats... see ya there. Isn't there a Champions teletheatre nearby? I'll probably head down earlier and watch some races and grab some drinks if I can find it.

    If anyone is interested in meeting for a beer before/after the taping let me know. I talked to Jeff and Voodoo and they are most likely in. I told Jeff I'll even buy the first round ;)

    Looks like a CPF reunion at CBC studios!

    Guys don't forget to take your cameras. The staff at the studio (including Strombo) are very cool about letting you take pics and hanging out.

    I'm not sure if Daniel will stick around with his mom being so ill, be he might.

    Voodoo mentioned a place with off-track betting that is about 8-10 blocks from the studio, or if anyone has a better idea post it here. I know there is a Hooters close by ;)

    I checked that website out last night, too high end for me. I like to yell at the tv monitors and I doubt that behaviour is allowed there. BUT at hooters I believe its acceptable. :)

    What do you guys think? Before or after? Not sure if anyone has to work or anything. If we go after we could get some dinner too or something.

    We're gonna be at Front and John st. so theres a few choices. I'm good for before the taping, I'll probably head down earlier and catch a few races at a OTB.
