Ghosting or taking over whatever ya want to call it

OK, so just a question about this. i read the article about mizzi etc. and just wondered something. While i personally think "selling" your account to a "pro" or whatever you want to call it, is wrong. What about a bit of a different scenario.
ie. Your wife is playing a low$ money tourney (as she is a pretty wild player who calls with pretty much anything and mere thought of her buying into a $20+ buy-in tourney borders insanity LOL) and happens to make it past the bubble ( with alot of help from the pokergods), but once she gets past the bubble, she asks you to sit down and play the rest for her because she knows she about to either tilt or get her ass kicked by the bigger stacks.

What are peoples thoughts on this?

  • Angelic morality and online poker mix like water and mercury. Isn't the goal to make as much as possible? You can't assume your opposition isn't doing the same. You get-what-you-get online. That's just part of the unwritten contract for gambling in this way.
  • Is it illegal? Probably
    Is it immoral? Likely
Is it going to get you banned from playing to have your spouse play on your account from your home? Not likely
