UltimateBet hand history logs hard to see all hands...???

When I am playing @ UB I click the "hand history" button and it brings up the history of the last hand played...like SNG001-17.
So Im playing hand 18 and it shows me hand 17. If I want to see hand 16, 15, and 14 I have to click the little number decrementor(?) and tell it to fetch a particular hand number.

Anyway, I am too busy trying to play and this distracts me, but I want logs of the entire game.... is there an easier way to get the log of the whole game?

I hope there is. I just am not sure how to get it.

    If you email support they will send you your last 200 games.


    This is the only way I know of to see them easily. The log viewer will only work if you click on each game #.

    Oh great. Thanks for the tip.

    They will send me 200 games?

    That is fantastic (for me). Yet, dumb that this is what we have to do.
    Each time you hit the hand history you are running a single query - so during a game if you want to keep it up to date you have to run 100's of queries against their database.....instead of just maybe one right near the end of the game.
    Instead they have support running them for people that contact them?
    That is insane.

    Oh well.

    When I was using PT with UB..I would leave the handhistory file open..and just hit the hand history button on the main window after each hand. This way it would just auto-append..and then periodically save the hand history file to my pc.

    So I emailed them and asked for a list of all my games....this is what I get back:

    Please provide the table and hand numbers, try to break the amount of hand
    histories per email so that we do not end up sending incredibly big emails,

    I don't know the table OR hand numbers....if I did, I wouldn't need the hand history sent to me in the first place. Are they kidding?
    What happend to "they will send you your last 200 games" ?
