Just noticed Stars finally added this (FINALLY) about an hour ago. Now when you play someone in a SNG HU you get a window after asking if you want a rematch.
One of Stars people must have been scoping out FT's HU matches. LOL. although i am not sure which site started that rematch thing first as i only play FT and Stars, so not sure if any of the other sites offer that.
