Image resize bar blocking image

So I clicked it and the message changed...

"Click this bar to view the small image."

But that bar remains and I can't see the top of the image! Booooooo

If you can make it a mouse-over bar, instead of perma-displayed, the problem would be solved.

I don't think its blocking anything, because when if you right click on the image and choose copy image location (http://i298.photobucket.com/albums/mm241/gtapoker/HUPLO8.jpg) and open that in a new window there isn't anything missing from the top.
