PartyGaming recently settled with the US Government and handed over something like 105 million and part of the agreement was non persecution, they've also stated that at some point (probably if Frank can push through a bill and change the UIGEA) that they will re-enter the US market.
On a side note.. anyone that likes to speculate in markets should probably look at picking up partygaming stock as a long term investment. The UIGEA will get changed at some point and Party Poker wants back in, when they get back to the USA those stocks will jet back to where they were pre-UIGEA.
