Baby Steps -WSOP

I thought I would post my progress on the steps to the Main Event.

Currenty I have:

4 step 3 tickets
2 step 4 tickets

My goal is to get 6 tickets to step 6 and take a run at the 12 man - 2 seat SNG.

    Only had time to play 2 steps this week.

    Lost a step 3, finished in 8th after we got it all in with the chip leader preflop in the 3 round. He was very aggressive and I pushed with AK. He called with 10,10. I flopped a K but a 10 was there also.

    The second game I finished 3rd. Played well but could not get any traction to beat the other two.

    DM. Are the tickets still not transferrable? Can they be cashed for W$? I'm guessing not but figured I'd ask.

    They are not transferable but I think they opened a new level 4 almost cash out to the 215 MMT only on Saturdays and Sundays.

    As of today with the steps.

    Only played 4 games this week. Didn't fail any tickets. Played one of my 3 steps and won on the first try. Cashed 7.5 W dollars for a step one and first try won a step 2, played again and finished 3rd for a freeroll. Played another step 3 and finished 3rd.

    4 - step 4 tickets
    1 - step 3 ticket
    1 - step 2 ticket

    I also played a few sats to the 109 tournaments, won 3 seats and cashed all of them back to W $. Played a 33R to the 650 and finished third for $ 162.00.

    Now that the long weekend is here can't play until Tuesday.

    No update in a while as summer approches I have not had a lot of time to play. Didn't play at all last week.

    I went through one of the worst droughts in my poker experience. I lost ( what seemed like) 90% of my races. Every time I got it in good, I lost.

    I played two step 4 tickets two weeks ago and finished 3rd each time. Lost the other step 3 and 2 tickets.

    I still have 4 step 4 tickets.

    The bad news is that since my schedule will not let me play the main event, I will save these tickets for the future. The good news is I am going to the WSOP for event 54 and have pre registered. I will be joining the PF "crew" lol for this tournament.
