One of our employees sent myself and the sales director here a cease and desist order on letter head with letter head stamp from the government of Alberta saying they revoked our business license and the renewal process takes 60 days.

3 hours of hell.

A little late, but I just found out about this.
On a Vegas message board, somebody put up a realistic looking article that said that Harrah's was about to start charging for drinks while gambling...I'm not sayin' people are naive, but 4 members BELIEVED this, they all called Harrahs, and 2 members actually cancelled their reservations without even asking if this new policy was true!!! Stupid is as stupid does...
