all rama offers on a regular basis for NLHE is 1/2 and 2/5....if you have enough people interested to open a full table for a 5/10 NLHE and they have an open/vacant table, they will open it for you.
Last time i was at Rama, all they had were 1/2 and 2/5's NLHE, but when i talked to pokerpit, they informed me that if i had enough players together to fill a larger table, they would open one. That could have been the case when you were there phil, pit told me that they will always have 1/2 and 2/5's, but anytime there is a need for a larger limit table, again, if enough people want it and can fill one, they will gladly open one for them.
I would actually prefer a 5/10 NLHE myself when i go there, but, usually there is not enough interest from the players that are there at the times i have been.
Max buy-in for the 1/2 is $300 ( i believe) and max for the 2/5 is $500
