Georgian downs was the place to go for high payout machines when it 1st opened, there would bells going off all over the place, ever since it was sold the payouts are crap and hardly any winners now(prob to pay for the expansion they are working on,no word of poker tables within the new area, but i don't think so)

First Innisfil is not Barrie. Barrie is trying to steal Innisfil's land because they screwed up by not allowing the evils of Slot Machines in that pristine (pronounced Piss Hole) town. Now they see the money that the racetrack makes they want it back.
Disclaimer or not was it a malfunction? The machine told him he won $40 mil plus. That's not a malfunction... that's a programing error. IGT has lots of money and insurance to cover not loosing it.
We may never get to hear the final settlement but if I were a betting man (Oh wait... I am) and could verify the results I would take 6 figures plus. That settlement will happen behind closed doors and never see the light of day. The OLG is government protected organized crime don't ya know.

yes they were stupid for not allowing slots and LOL now that they are seeing how much money they lost.

It's actually quite simple, but may take some time. Play about $50M worth of games and you should have your $43M no problem!
Or, get a good lawyer and try that approach...
