The casino cash is for fun to play in our casino (see link above)... the CPF bucks are an old thing that have been there for a while where if we can find a room to work with us, players can redeem them for money on a site. The reality is this will probably have to slowly be phased out as it is becoming harder and harder to find rooms to work on this kind of arrangement, but instead we will do other things like money added tourneys or giving away stuff randomly.
