I guess that would be the 'timbit'
if you get raked (as Blondefish has noted previously), definitely -ev; although not many legal tournament options these days for under $200.
There are enough alternatives to getting raped across the border at Seneca. I'm playing in at least seven casino tournaments in Ontario this month with a buy-in of $200 or less.
When I played at IP, I was told that they would also withhold on any high hand jackpot won over $600; seems to be a lot of mis-information out there regarding withholding. Good luck with those seven. The structure for the Seneca tournaments seem decent, although that W/H rake really sucks.
