Hi everyone , well this is a very nice site, I will have a bunch of questions for you all as I just started online poker yesterday and having a blast. I recently today did a real money transfer and started playing today. I like it so far. Well wife is home and I gotta make it look like I made supper. Be back in a few.

    Sorry about that I was rushing to get the table set. I am from sherwood park alberta, which is just outside edmonton. I like to play hold em with my friends at their places but never really played in a casino. I tried once took in 100.00 and the had me out in minutes.??? I tried Party poker and Poker stars and like poker stars better atm. I was playing the play money and was getting tired of pseeing people sitting out till the end and that took alot of time, but ii understand why they do it so now i noticed when i played for real moolah there wasnt anyone. I am starting small like at the .25 .10 or 1.00 games. which ones should I go to? How do I earn ffp on pokerstars? I am going to start reading on in this forum cause I will probably end up answering my own questions which are probably trivial . Thanks again for the great site so far.

    What games you play have to do with how much you put onto the site.

    There's a concept called Bankroll Management you'll want to study, it has to do with what % of your total investment you'll want to risk in each session.
