winning poker tournaments one hand at a time>Book review?

Anyone read this book? If so what are your thoughts?

Over the last year or so my time available to play poker has dropped drastically and my game has gone for a crap. I still have a very limited amount of time to learn and/or play but I realize I need help.
I read an article today in Bluff Magazine on this book and this seems like it would be easy for short reads, while taking shit breaks etc.
I would really like to check out some of this online training but finding time for that is tough.

Anyone?

  • Definately worth picking up. Pretty much just a book with different hand scenarios and their thoughts on what the action should be.
  • Good book. I am half way through it. It's nice to see those online pro's actually make mistakes as well....it means they're human too :)

I'll finish the second half next week in the Dominican on the beach :)
  • I found it to be an excellent book as well. I usually don't have much time to read either, but spend 5 - 10 minutes each time I pick up a book.

The book is also very relevant, and I am looking forward to vol.2 coming out (focusing on final table play).

Ditto, I still haven't found the time to watch the book authors' videos at PokerXfactor. When my wife told me to "wait five minutes" while she shopped for shoes, I knew that meant 30 minutes of waiting :D so I finally got to read one chapter in "Tournament Killer Poker By The Numbers" (great chapter on how to use HEM/PokerTracker).
