    Checked out this tourney on Saturday:

    Only 17 or 18 showed up....that was disappointing.

    $225 buy-in for $12000 tourney chips, 20 minute blinds....decent structure from what I saw. Unfortunately I didn't last too long. Apparently it's a bad idea bluffing, got called down by 3rd pair or underpairs a couple times (change of gameplan for me is necessary).

    Seems like a regular group going to this, which is fine....but it'd be nice to grow. Biggest problem is probably the location. Bacarat isn't the favourite casino in Edmonton for most poker players.

    Bottom line: if it got more players, I'd go again....but not with less than 4 tables for me.

    Anyhow, gl, hope it grows for ya.
