Hello from Niagara Region.
Hi everyone...first post here.
A little about me; I live in Port Colborne which is 20 mins SW of Niagara Falls; married no kids except a dog and 2 cats, and I work for the City of Welland in the Engineering department.
I'm into cars, and racing them (legally..website HERE). I became fascinated with poker about 2 years ago and started educating myself, and playing free online games and was doing pretty good. I did one free tournament on Party Poker and ended up 34th (of 350 players) on my first and only tourny. Then life got in the way and I totally stopped playing. Recently, it's peaked my interest again and I've started reading and playing again, mostly on the Facebook app Poker Palace & Texas Hold'Em. Just this morning I played 20 mins before work and doubled my chip count.
Anyhow, after a month or so of catching up, I plan to start playing with real money, and possibly hit 1 of the 3 casinos within 20 mins from my house.
I believe Part 2 of the NAPT is at Fallsview casino this Sunday...maybe I'll take a ride and see what that's all about. "cheers:
