Question about the forum

Not sure if this is explained somewhere else, I've looked and haven't found anything. But just wondering why in the threads it shows the newest reply first and then you have to go to either the bottom of the page or the last page to view the OP. I'm sure there's probably something simple to it that I've over looked and I will feel like an idiot once it's explained, but I have never seen a forum set like this before.

    First I assume you are in linear mode for viewing threads which is under Display Modes at the top of each thread.

    What you want is Linear mode - Oldest First.

    Go to User CP in the menu bar at the top of the page, Edit Options then scroll way down to thread display options and select Linear - Oldest First. It is probably set to Newest first.

    While you are there, get yourself way ahead of the curve of most users and change it to show 40 posts per page as well.

    Also under Miscellaneous Options, select Enhanced Interface.
