  • According to Nelson Rose, a gambling law expert, The US gov't has about given up on the enforcement aspect of the UIGEA. They finally realized it is to difficult and onerous a task to expect the financial institutions to figure out and implement a system that will be able to differentiate between to virtually identical transactions, determining which one is illegal and needs to be disallowed. Looks like a win for the good guys. Keep baiting those hooks, boys and girls, because the fishies are still going to be swimming in the pond for quite some time.
