My existing Bell cell plan has expired and I am looking for something new. I'm a fairly low usage kinda guy compared to the rest of you, ie I have a 200 min anytime plan at the moment that costs me almost $50. with taxes and such. I use way less than that. More of my minutes are incoming that outgoing, probably 3 or 4-1. I need a message box but other than that no extra features required. I also would like to keep my same # and possibly add on some US roaming if possible.. Anyone have some knowledge that can point me in the right direction for a new plan for maybe less dollars?

oops sorry you can receive calls from the US but the phone doesn't work in the US.
I also believe that Rogers just killed off the System Access Fee.
Given that you are a Bell customer right now, call up the retentions dept and say you are going to leave Bell and see what they offer.
I'll bet you can get the package you mentioned in OP for around 25/mo.
FYI, My Corp plan is similar to the one above on bell and it's $20/mo, so given no corp discount about 25 is marketish value.
