    I am so jealous... I'd love to have one, but living in the city it doesn't really make sense, nor would I have room to store it.

    Quad have some advantages over dirt bikes. They have better low speed stability and the ability to tow trailers in the bush. If I wanted something practical for hauling things I'd get a quad. But I prefer dirt bikes for just fooling around in the bush...
