Add on & re-buy Tourneys

Could someone explain to me the pros and cons of these types of tourneys. I am going to go out and try some tourneys at casinos but unlike online tourneys this is different.

    Pros - Bigger Payout

    Cons - You will more than likely have to pay more than your original buy in. Tourney takes longer. Busting out a player might not neccessarily be "busting out a player"
