How to get knocked out of the WSOP w Quad Aces

I guess this is an example of the worse bad beat that is feasibly possible. I guess it had to happen eventually at the WSOP. Can't say I have seen this before.

    Chances of quad Aces vs Royal....1 in 2.7 Billion! That crazy!

    My only question would be, what was the betting like BEFORE the river. If I flop a set of Aces, no way am I waiting for the river to get the chips in. I might not even wait for the turn. Still, WOW.
