Computer Mom?

I'm looking for some sort of easy to use all encompassing software that will provide such features as...

Reminding me what day it is
Reminding me if I have important shit to do on said day
Reminding me of regular events (important..since I never know what day it is)

Allowing me to type notes etc..maybe a running tally of expenses or To Do lists (I'm daring to dream on this one)

AND MOST OF ALL IS ESTHETICALLY PLEASING, EASY TO USE AND WON'T PISS ME OFF.

anybody know of such a gem?

I'd go with HP Pocket PC (I know it's hardware) or the iPod touch.
That way you can take it with you.

Sounds like you need a wife. She'll keep you up to date about everything (if you choose to listen) and will even fill out your to-do list automatically. If you choose properly she may be esthetically pleasing but I will warn you that she will piss you off from time to time.
