A little customer service please?

This is a complete rant:

Pacific pokers online chat help is the single worst I have ever seen. I am so completely frustrated.

The following conversation took over 30 mins:

Morayma R.: I have received no response from you for over 3 minutes. Would you like me to continue assisting in this issue or any other issues?

kristy_sea: did you get my last? '(edit:X,X)"

Morayma R.: Thank you

Morayma R.: when did you get this email?

kristy_sea: I didn't get an e-mail

kristy_sea: that is the problem

kristy_sea: I got a pop-up user message when I logged in today

kristy_sea: talking about some bonus and directing me to a website

kristy_sea: the pop-up message said something along the lines of "for more information check your e-mail'

kristy_sea: but the e-mail is not there

Morayma R.: the pop up was for a bonus and you were directed to a link to claim that bonus

kristy_sea: yes

kristy_sea: but the pop up said that for more info I should read an e-mail that was sent

kristy_sea: and there is no e-mail yet

kristy_sea: can you please resend it?

Morayma R.: this email should have been sent by the promotions department

Morayma R.: are you sure you did not receive any email, please check your junk or spam folder

kristy_sea: the email that I am on doesn't offer those options

kristy_sea: can you please just resend this I'd like to get playing on your site instead of spending time here?

  • If all of that took 30 minutes you received fine customer service from pacific. That should have taken almost an hour to get through.

    If you haven't noticed I have NO use for their customer service. But given my experiences I think you did just fine in their eyes.
  • I sure it would have taken an hour to get the problem solved but I just closed the window.

    It is probably just some lame bonus for their casino anyway, which I'll never use.
  • I didn't receive any email either... since they seem to think you're from the UK, maybe it was a UK only thing?
