November Vegas Deal $275 for 4 nights

Just came across this good Vegas deal out of Toronto from Nov. 2 to Nov. 6. Only catch seems to be you need to book four people (in two rooms) to get the cheapest rate. Flights are direct out of Toronto and seem to have decent times (no red eye). You get four full days and nights in Vegas. Total cost per person (including taxes) $505CDN. Don't know much about the Palace Station hotel? For anyone looking for a cheap trip to Vegas with no lay overs or redeye flights.

    i think you can do 2 people 1 room. works out to about 1050 total.

    or you can do 1 person 1 room. about 600

    gotta love those taxes!

    Yeah the multiple room thingy is an option, not a requirement. Palace Station is off strip. In the CPF Trip thread I put together direct out of Detroit + Monte Carlo for $1000.86 US for 2 people. I'm probably going to switch to Harrahs and chop another $160 or so off that. You want to go dirt cheap and still stay on strip try the Stratosphere or Sahara.

    for me I prefer convenience of toronto flight and good flight arrival/departure times. The less travel time (including driving) the better. You should have a great time. When I go next year, I plan to spring for a nice hotel since the flight is on points. I know its more -EV (right Blondefish), but sometimes you got to splurge.

    Stayed at Palace Station last time I was there.....older hotel. Rooms newly renovated. Did enjoy staying there, but I had a vehicle. It's across the I15 from Sahara & the Strat. Poker room is a waste of time.....locals only, mostly 3-6 Omaha H/L or Holdem....weekend 1-2 NLHE.

    Bottom line, nice hotel, but you'll be renting a car or cabbing alot.

    Most of the players are there to try and hit
    the Station Casino's Jackpot which can get
    pretty big. Very passive and they dont
    much like people raising them off a hand
    that might hit the jackpot.
    The $1/2 game is weak (when its going).
