Embarrassing albums

Okay let's list albums that we own or once owned that we are embarrassed to admit to. These are ones you actually liked at one point no matter what stage of denial you are in about that fact now.

I will start:

The Phantom of the Opera Soundtrack
The Little Mermaid Soundtrack (every song word for word)
MilliVanilli

  • Not much in mine IMO...

Tom Cochrane's album with "Life is a Highway" - but that was bought for me, maybe some of the stuff that I thought was cool when I was a kid..

Then again, all my CD's were stolen last year, so I guess none now! :)

  • 10th birthday, 1974. Parents get me 2 LP's because I'm getting into music:

Juke Box Jive, which I think had Billy Don't be a Hero on it, and . . .

22 Carat Rock, featuring 22 Solid Gold Canadian Hits,

Both were K-tel specials. Fortunately, my older brother took pity and gave me aerosmith Rocks.

My Catholic Middle school awarded me a Frank Zappa album in Grade 8, which was REALLY COOL. They obviously did not listen to it prior to the award. LOL
  • Okay, what perfect timing. I just came across some old tapes lol.

    Fat Boys - Crushin
    Wilson Phillips
    Chalk Circle
  • omg are we talkin about tapes too? Well then here is (was) my fav ablum from Grade 5...

I also had Born In the USA and Thriller, so I guess I had some taste.....
  • Let's see

    Hammer - 2 Legit 2 Quit
    Aqua - Aquariam

Pretty sure I had Britney Spear's first album at some point (Though in my defence she was the same age as me and hot....and not a crazy psycho freak show)
Definitely had some Boyz II Men

I am a huge fan of the Phantom of the Opera soundtrack though.

  • Tapes? Sir Mixalot, cuz I DO like big butts . . . lol
