    Outside?!?
Wtf man it'S way too humid and hot out there.

    AC > Outside

If you have to take a break, do a week of mad porn watching.. that would be teh sweet.
  • I'm not too familiar with these stats, but based on what I can figure out, you seem to be losing a lot of money with one pair or high card (I assume this is at the river). Also, you seem to have huge losses defending your big blind. Are you calling big raises in the bb just to hope to hit a flop? (339) in the sb and (517) in the bb. You also seem to be losing a lot of money with ace rag and non suited connectors while making money with the top ten hands. Maybe try getting away from playing these cards and see if that helps. Also, don't waste money defending your blinds out of position. If you have crappy starting cards, get away from them. Do you play multi tables? I find this helps because you tend not to play as many shit starting cards more out of boredom. Good luck with the turn around.

    hi thanks for the reply
but i did like to address a few thing
oh... i think you look at FLOP Hand Strenght.jpet, those are not showdown result.
    1. BB defence.
i post BB 1792 times ($896) defend 10.8% of time. total lost at BB ($517)
so, i think my BB defence is pretty tight, and are making money at it.
I was thinking i wasn't defend my BB enough.... ><
    2. SB, mostly folding, unless fold it to me, and i'll usually raise the big blind with alot. I need to work on my blind batter skill.
    3. regarding loosing too much with high card and TP.
i lose $127 at showdown with high card, at 35x so average pot size $3.65
i believe those are raise + Cbet, the check it down to the river.
one pair hand, i lose $354, at 121x, so losing $2.91 per pot. I believe majority of those one pair hand small PP, i'm trying them for set value.
i have to check if i'm making money on my setmine (set win - SPP fold)
4.Flop hand strenght shows, i'm only hit the flop 17%.
    9752 hands, i miss 8398 hand
so those money lose with high card on the FLOP are majority, raise + cbet.
i should cut down my cbetting......

All I meant was sometimes if something else is going on your life that is bad, it can affect your poker game as your mentally focussed on that situation. Ie. If you gf just broke up with you, even though you think you are playing the same, in the back of your head it may be bothering u causing you to play a little different. All I was getting at was maybe take a few days off and get your mind off poker, and everything else. Do something adventurous or something.
  • sorry, I'm not familiar with this program so I don't understand all the finer details of the stats; I would think calling in the sb with any two cards is typical in an unraised pot. No? I don't bluff a lot in cash games, including cont. bets as I find it just leads to bleeding funds (online or live). That's my style and it seems to work for me ok but there are probably a lot of players that would disagree. btw, you don't seem to play suited connectors a lot. I find I win a lot of big pots with suited connectors (in multi player pots).
  • Don't have much time to really look at it closely, but it appears as though you might be calling down light or possibly not being aggressive enough and playing to passively. But then again I could be completely out in left field here as well.
  • If I'm running bad, I find taking time off helps. It always seems to re-energize me. If you keep playing while running bad, your game is mentally affected by your mood IMO.

yes, after really review my HH
I think i am afraid to play big pot with big hand, in fear of coolers.
say i flop set, and villian want to play for stack, i did be more then willing not want to play for stack.
therefore i feel i need to take down more small pot to make it up.
those cbet and double barrel really cost me.
yesturday, Instead of 4table, i fire up another 2 to make 6 tabling.
become more busy, thurs "less making moves"
end the night up 2.5 BI....would have be 4BI if i haven't run into couple coolers (flop JJ2, i have 22, turn A, we got it allin, he show AK. river J &^$#%$^ )
  • I think you're too worried about iron man bonus and not lookng at table selection, leaving tough tables, too many tables?

table selection is one thing i have to learn
i usually stay at the same table for the entire session.
unless table break, i don't usually looks for new ones.
I think # of tables are ok, i haven't had too much situation where i haven't had time to think it thoughtly. (i can tell the difference, compare to Jan.08 auto pilot poker that i play)
i think i have to work on my turn and river play..... it's more of mental thing.
