Hands Down, Worst Poker Player I Have Ever Seen

I was playing 1/2 on Friday night, and I came across the worst poker player I have ever seen:

- 7 callers pre-flop and it comes around to this guy who is in the big blind and he folds the hand to the amazement of everyone at the table. He proceeds to do this another two times in the next hour; the dealer actually felt sorry for this guy and offered to give him his cards back;

- he calls me down to the river with raises on every street with a pair of sixes and five over cards on the board;

- my personal favourite, calls out that he has a straight on the river to discover that he only has a four card straight;

- played about 80% of the hands pre-flop, never raised on any street.

Can you top this?

    no, that would only apply in a family pot. But good point.
  • I'll do it, but I'm telling you now I'm going to resent the forum for making me carry them.

    Doesn't sound like a great game to begin with ;).

    My bad. Don't worry, I will give you a chance to win your money back again next Friday. I just got lucky, that's all.
  • On TSN, some British poker ladies event on TV today. Got to headsup, the short-stack folds AJ preflop because she "had a bad feeling" or something like that (she was 1st to act, there had been no raise or anything yet). When she had the chip lead, headsup, she took forever to call the LAG's all-in (they both had about 10 or less BBs) with 88. Keep in mind that the LAG had shown a propensity to move in often with weak hands.
