Please Help: How to withdraw funds from Pokerstars ?

Hello, i recently won a Euro 2008 Soccer contest and the prize was $200 added to my PokerStars account. I don't play Poker and have not had a Pokerstars account before but to collect the prize, I had no choice but to open an account and now I have $200 in there that I don't know how to get out.

I tried to transfer it to my RBC chequing account but was refused because i have never played at Pokerstars before. What I would like to do is transfer this amount to somebody else's Pokerstars account and have that person transfer an equivalent amount to my PayPal or EMT

I don't mind receiving $190 for your troubles. This would also take into account any fees PayPal/EMT may ding you. If you are up for this, please PM me and we can go from there.

If you have any advice on how to get this money out of Pokerstars and into my chequing account without having to take a detour like this, I am all ears as well.

I know I am new here but I have good ebay/Heatware feedback

Thanks

P.S: Here is a screenshot of the amount in my Pokerstars account right about now.

  • PokerStars can do a check withdrawal. I get them all the time. Simply send an email to support@pokerstars.com and they will take care of it.
  • go to cashier and sign up with e check payment processor, then you can your withdrawal right into your bank account, not sure what the limits are thou for that option for new sign ups.

Pretty sure you have to have done a deposit previously to have this work. However as Graham suggests usually Pokerstars will issue a direct cheque...

    Is this you? 7thHeaven..

+1. AFAIK you will need to make a deposit before they'll allow a withdrawal. And a withdrawal cannot take place until 48 hours after a deposit

LOL...I just wish that my definition of "all the time" involved a much shorter span.
