ok, here's my fucking rant for the day:
what the hell is wrong with the casinos in ontario? (i'm limiting myself to ontario, but i'm sure this can relate to many other casinos.) not one of them has a decent website that is actually updated in any prompt fashion. none of them display any poker tournaments they are having (or going to have), and even if they do, they don't provide any structures or breakdowns whatsoever.
seriously people. i'm no advertising expert, but if you what people to know about your casino and your tournaments perhaps it's a good idea to ADVERTISE them. moreover, you're paying for a god damn website so why don't you put something useful on it.
i seriously want to email/call the local casinos and volunteer my web design expertise (and by expertise i mean i've made two personal websites ever) just so we will all be able to go on their websites and actually KNOW what each casino offers and when. crazy idea, i know. why would a business want its customers to know these things? (note my pissed off sarcasm)
