Ive heard of programs that can track your bankroll, keep records on hands and your results from them, keep tournament records ect... Im considering getting one of these programs. I really know nothing about them and wondering which one is the best and why? Also how safe are these programs ( especially if they are free for download). Thanks for any input :)

    I can only speak to the one I use. PokerTracker. It's a must-buy if you play cash games as it keeps track of every hand you play (or don't) and stats on the opponents you play against which becomes useful to find their tendencies. Plus it provides you with a Heads Up Display so you can get specific information on the people you are playing against AS you are playing against them.

    It's just wrapping up the free beta and goes on sale later this month.
