back at me... I can only call? Why can't I push all in there?

Why shouldn't you?
The way you worded it, you should be able to push over the top again, it has been re raised again, so the betting is still open, unless the re raiser didn't have sufficient to raise you the min.

When I called the 380 it was the only option I had... there was no raise or anything either fold or call...??

You raised 600 = the current full raise. His reraise was not a full raise, so betting was NOT reopened.

You should watch out though, some networks re-open betting to everyone. Some restrict it like the above (Primapoker did the 're-open regardless of size').

Good thing they blocked me.. folded the flop a queen high flop (someone had aq and hit a 3rd one on river)
