  • You are such a tease.

I have to do all the work. Ok, here are some of the details I was able to locate. Some pretty good prizes this season:

Red Hot Poker Tour - Club House
  • I haven't been able to figure out the very complicated format. It seems that the championpship winner will have to spend money on airfare, hotel and other expenses to use the seat in California. Does anybody have a review or tips for WorldPokerTour.com?

If you can't figure it out, the rest of us are in real trouble!
  • I played Red Hot Poker tour IV.
I'm not a tournament player but I thought it would be fun to win this thing.
I was interested in it because the winner would get a chance to become Daniel Negreanu's protege.

I'm pretty dead money at tournaments but the other players were even worse.
A week before the finals 1 played in 7 64-80 man tournaments won 3 came second once, 5th once, 8th once and busted out once.
This qualified me and 119 other people for the tournament of champions. Made the final table with a bit more than half the chips in play.
Daniel Negeanu was doing the commentary. Before the final table I asked him advice about what to do. He said, "If you don't do anything stupid you should win."

I stupidly blew up. Finished 4th.

It was fun to meet Daniel and ask him poker questions.
