* The tournament will start automatically 1 minute before the start time

I received the same survey yesterday, and let them know exactly how I felt. Mind you, they've been telling me my emails "have been forwarded to the appropriate people"...for 3 weeks now. The appropriate people must be on vacation.

I received this email and also stated what I felt about the seminar. I also asked for a refund. We will see how that goes?!?

I'm hoping that if enough of us keep up the pressure, they do SOMETHING.

Were the giant red arrows actually needed?

I'm going to check out the other thread, but if it's not there, could someone please provide a review of this event. It's coming to Vancouver, and I was thinking of going.
