post about a new book about Razz poker...it's legit...it's on amazon...I like it because I'm the author...and I'm trying to get it on amazon.ca.
Please let me know if there is an accepted way to introduce to your Razz and or HORSE playing members.

I have an idea how to introduce your book. What if we could hold a razz freeroll and give away a few copies of your book. This way we both win as the members of the forum would get something out of it and you would get your publicity.

Wouldn't the guys who busted out FIRST from the razz freeroll benefit most from the book? Ha ha!!
It's the same as Reebok / Nike giving free pairs of shoes and clothes / accessories to guys that make multiple millions a year.

I don't see the point of freerolls to give away free books. I would rather see them as added prizes to a buy in tourney.
Besides, I thought Chan didn't have Razz.

Correct, Chan does not have Razz, but I can set it up somewhere that does and where most people have an account (ie. FTP... I'll need to look where else has razz)

I quickly glanced through one of the books and I have to say that it looks really well put together. Lots of hand examples (with pictures) and it looks like it is a very easy read. Thanks Mitchell!
Bickmat said the book helped him win over $300 at the $1/$2 and $2/$4 game in a few days. That is the best kind of review.
Oh by the way, I think Sklansky's book is excellent but when he wrote his book he didn't have a Razz simulation tool. That's why I think my book adds value since I did tons of simulations to figure out new strategies.
I also liked the idea of giving the book to players who get knocked out first. I don' recall how many I mailed, but maybe split them between the first out and the finalists.
