.25/.25 game at Bristol street after Merry x-mas madness
Took $20 and ran it up to about $310... the best part? The host Zithal had these weird rules for a $5 rebuy where you had to draw chips and do something weird - play without pants, kiss the other person, play with only one card etc. etc. - well, he drew the "Trade chip stacks with the person to your left" chip, and traded his 1500 in chips for my 35000 in chips.... he felt bad, so we swapped 10% of one another for the night... he got 2nd place, comes upstairs and says "I owe you $30, 2nd payed 300!".... So, I ended up owing him $1....
First time playing at a club. Missed the tourney at the Wooden Rack (sp). Bought into a $1/$2 for $60.00, ran it up to around $310.00, and cashed out for $280.00. Pulled a similar score at a bar game in Brampton last year for a similar pay-off.
The answers you get to this question will be highly dependant on the limits which people play in. Maybe you should rephrase the question and ask - your biggest win in terms of number of big bets.

No need to rephrase, not looking for ratios, just how much money you've won in a cash game. Its unlikely that you'll win $1000 playing 0.05-0.10 game. Same goes for the tourney question, if you won $100,000, its unlikely you bought in for a buck!
I bought in for $100 and cashed out with $900 at a $1/$2 cash game after playing in Georgetown. The biggest pot of the session was for about $600 against the only other player at the table I had some respect for in his play. He was waiting for his brother to bust out of the tournament before he left and was up about $200 for the night. He kept saying that he was hoping to go home soon before he lost all of his winnings for the night. I thought I could take advantage of his reluctance to put much money into the pot because he was leaving soon. I put a big raise on the turn when I was holding a pair of sixes on a garbage board that had no face cards and pair of fours. When he called my raise, I knew that I was in trouble, because he wasn't going to put his winnings at risk on a marginal hand. I spiked a six on the river and pushed him all-in; he called with fours full and took the beat surprisingly well.
I have a couple of plus $500 sessions at Point Edward 5/10.
I also have one 100 big bet win at the Brantford 2/5.
I bought for 150 and decided before I sat down I was going to drink and gamboooool like a nut and see what happened. I must have played better than 85% of my hands and just couldn't miss.
On one hand I capped with 63o and flopped quads on a 333 flop. My whole night went like that. I had connectors, I flopped a straight draw, and got there. I had suited cards, I flopped a flush draw, and got there.
I was getting paid off all over the place because no one could believe it. I was the most hated man in Brantford that day, guaranteed.
