Madea a deal HU for 1200 and played for the remaining 600, and took it down. 1800 total.... though I had to give 1/2 to my staker!

I remember that day Mark. You were suppose to deal, we had a polski brew with Itsame before the game and he talked you in playing instead. Anyhow, a few hrs later Mario and I busted straight to the ring game talking scarface trash as he raked in a very huge pot with 99 against KK and AQ with the board reading Q49 and celebrated by consuming more polski brew.

True!
And I believe it was the NEXT westside that suddenly 2-3 people offered to stake!
800 people or so at the Docks. Something called the Great Canadian Poker tourney. Free roll winner take all for $10K. When we were down to 3 we cut a deal so everyone would get something. $5K $3K 2K was the breakdown I believe. Took the tourney down.
I personally have always been more of a cash games player, but I am starting to play more tourneys now. I used to never have the patience for long tournaments. My best to date was a 1st place in a $20 buy-in on UB (link to screenshot). I cashed $638. I have had way better sessions at cash tables in a fraction of the time, but hopefully I'll be able to get this up much higher.
I've had 2 decent live cashes both on the same trip to Vegas a year ago, I think 24 hours apart, Orleans O8 tourney, 1st for about $1100 and Binions NL, chopped 1st for about $900. Quite a few small local tourney winnings for $5-600. but nothing really big like Devon or Watts, etc.. Of course I'm too conservative so don't have any significant losses either. My biggest buyin is still the $300, Can-Am classic at Seneca 2 years ago and I satellited in to that for like $40. Didn't cash, about 120'th outa 320 or so...
Popkorn...3rd at the WPT Fallsview 2006 for over 300k!
That's Jon Lam - didn't know he's Popkorn..
Guess I'll have to needle him about his screen name when i see him at Port Perry - haven't seen Jon around in a while though. Don't think he plays that much anymore.
I know he hit a losing streak and I guess he's back to putting 100% into his studies.

Everytime I go to GBH, he's always there. Losing streak eh?
Collected $11,000 from Stars last year by winning one of the WSOP packages. With the registration rule changes, they had to deposit the cash into my account. Used approx $3 - 4k in Vegas and kept the rest.

I have a few more for comparable money, but nothing bigger.
I've won a Bristol Classic, and came in 3rd in a Limit Tournament on Paradise. Both scores were just under $400.
How about you Graham? I'm curious.

Qualified in a $24+2 satellite.
Feb 21/06- 534th of 2600 for $0.18!
It was a $0.10 buy in.
Now let's hear from Watts, Scharf, Chorny (is that his name?), etc.
Everytime I go to GBH, he's always there. Losing streak eh?
534 out of 2600 is a pretty good placing, I think I've seen your brother a few times at GBH, I'm pretty sure its him.
i've played with you, i call BS that you won this much
When was the last time you were there? What limit do you play? - I'm there at least once a week and Haven't seen him in at least a few months.
Also, what do you mean by "losing streak eh?" You saying you've never had one? Guess you always run good huh...
