I am trying to sell your book on my poker site, but at Chapters.ca it says its currently out of stock.. Here's the link to my book page:

    I was talking about the way he set up his user name and links. By the way it seems everyone is asking about your book and a lot of them probablly subscribe to CPM on this forum alone. I'm wondering why you don't do some sort of advertising in the CPM for your book, maybe one of those coupons or something anyways?
