Jeff Healey RIP

Jeff Healey passed away today in St. Joseph's Hospital. He succumbed to Cancer at the age of 41, leaving behind a wife and two daughters. His latest CD was due to be released in the next week or so. Jeff's blindeness was as a result of a childhood bout with Retinal Blastoma, a rare form of the disease which has now claimed him.

    Looks like it might have been something thats been waiting around, based on the childhood incident with it. Like you, not a huge fan but, still, this guy was younger than I am. Pardon my French, but dammit !!

    I met Jeff in 91-92ish....hellva nice guy.
