I'd like to talk about net casinos in the us.

It would seem that most of them are shut down by lobbyists working for the indian gambling casino's that have lost a lot of money.

am I correct in this statement?

While I believe it is casino/gaming interests in general, rather than a specific subset, lobbying against online gaming to the south, I do not think you can discount the fact that the U.S. government does not like to see a large chunk of income being earned, as a result of activity initiated within their borders, that they cannot get their greedy mitts on.
