Unless they have changed their policy there is no phone aheads. If you are staying in the hotel you can call they will put you on the list then phone you when your seat comes up.
dam acid joe beat me 2 it, rama does not like reservations anywhere there for some reason, as joe said if you are staying at their hotel you can call ahead and book restaurants, poker.

Joe it depends on who you get on the phone, I have been able to get on the list a couple of times while still driving in.
