BEAT - Just lost $500 on UB Blackjack

Fuck UB and their stupid blackjack.... it is such a scam. Last month I lost the same amount playing single hands... I lost 13 hands in a row (anyone who knows BJ odds will say that is practically impossible). This time I must have lost around 10 (3-handed). Dealer hit Blackjack or Facecards 80% of all hands.

I'll save some people the time... I know I am an idiot for playing a game that is statisically set up for me to lose, but hey... that's gambling, and odds like that should never happen.

    The pessimist in me thinks that this blackjack playing never happened, and the new owner is just trying to start a thread in his forum about something that the masses will huddle around..

    The optimist in me thinks you just don't understand how much variance there really is in blackjack. And I dont consider losing 13 (43% probability of winning) 'coin flips' is statisitcally significant.

    I won't even bother about the apparent brag about having $500 to lose frivolously.

    Haha... I am not that pathetic, if I was going to make something up it would create a lot more buzz than a shitty blackjack session... I had $200 in my account which I had worked up to over $500 playing BJ, so technically I only LOST $200, but when I started the session my account was at $500. I was a little tilted after that so I needed to vent, and I thought that is what the purpose of this forum was... am I wrong?

    Certainly you can do that here.. Some of the personalities here will inform you of how stupid you are (regardless if you are up or down) and how you are just in the middle of a huge variance storm that will only end badly in the long run.

    Well umm not technically;

    But bjeezusfrickencrust how could I blow my whole bankroll on BJ when I could have asked for help and made money on PLO or HE or even Razz. FFS I could have down flippaments with Redington, Moose, Kristy but nooooooo Im such a douchebag.... dammit UB can suck my hairy ass shavings.

    That might have worked better.... Oh and don't quite math to BBZ..that always brings him out of his hole to make a muttering, did you see your shadow BBZ?

    Lol...Ill keep that one in mind for next time, though I think that will be the last time playing blackjack online. I can think of much better things to use that money for than waste it away. That is over a days work and I hate my job, so that shows how much I do care about that money.

    I have run up a large sum playing UB blackjack...there is a little bit of a system to it....I have done it twice....watch out for the doomswitch as it comes fast :)

    1. play 3 spots...
    2. most times when the dealer was showing 10 and you showing 13-14-15 I would not take a card. It was weird if you play the opposite the dealer would bust more often that not.
    3. Maybe I was just extremely lucky but on two different occasions I ran up 500.00 to over 9K in about 1 hour....starting off with 25.00 hands moving up to 500.00 a hand....

    I did the samething on Party Poker BJ as well. You can read about it here in my little blog I was working on for my quest to 10K to play WPT Fallsview in 08.
